Of course, everyone is out voting today. There will be hysterics.

But we have the technology to make this very easy. Look. If I put my ATM card in a machine and punch in my PIN, I can get money, get receipt, and the bank’s records can be updated immediately. The error rate on these machines is extremely low.

Why not have a similar setup for elections? Have a free voter ATM card that you use at special ATM voting machines. No touch screens, just regular old keypads. Punch in your pin, the candidates pop up and you pick which one you want. You get a receipt and the vote is immediately counted.
