This blew my mind:

The attorney for a former child actor accused of throwing a couple off their yacht bound to an anchor told a jury Tuesday his client is guilty of those two murders and a third, but shouldn’t be put to death.

“My goal is simply to save Skylar Deleon’s life,” defense attorney Gary Pohlson said in a 15-minute opening statement on behalf of his client.

“Skylar is guilty of all three murders,” he said

Skylar Deleon was a Mighty Morphin’ Power Ranger. Or something on the show – I never watched it, so I’m not sure what “Roger” did.

In a bizarro story, this guy tried to slice off his pecker while he was in prison:

Deleon, 29, was hospitalized after the March 13 incident. His penis was reattached and he was returned to jail the next day, said Damon Micalizzi, a spokesman for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

“Somehow he got a hold of a razor blade and tried to saw off his penis, but didn’t complete the job,” Micalizzi said.

Oh. My. God. No Power Rangers. Ever.
